Group Cards Business Plan Frequently Asked Questions
You can create and send unlimited Cards, Boards, Gift Cards and Shoutouts to any other Plan members, with no caps on pages, messages or signers. You can also send unlimited greetings to a set number of external recipients (depending on the size of your plan).
Here is how portal memberships work:
- Signing & Receiving: Every member can receive cards and gifts, sign group cards and contribute to gift collections
- Creating: By default, all plan members can create their own Group Cards, Boards, Collections and Shoutouts, while those with Admin rights can also create Bulk Send Orders and Automations. You can use our roles and permissions feature to adjust and assign these permissions as you like.
- External Recipients: The plan size you choose also determines how many external recipients can receive cards. (For example, you may want to send cards to clients, or new hires as part of an onboarding process). Your external allowance is equal to 3x your total member count (for example, a 50-member plan allows you to send unlimited cards to 150 external recipients).
It is a true flat rate. You pay one predictable monthly (or annual) fee regardless of how many cards your team sends or how many people sign them. The only additional cost is the face value of any digital gift cards you choose to add to your campaigns.
When creating a card or board, you can easily toggle on a Gift Collection. Teammates can chip in securely online to pool a balance, or the company can fund the reward directly. The recipient can then redeem the total balance for a digital gift card from hundreds of top global brands.
Yes! Our card design templates include many options for customisation - you can upload your own fully branded card designs, or simply add your company logo to the inside of any of our professionally designed templates.
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the new plan will apply straight away. You can also cancel or downgrade whenever you like. If you do, your current plan will stay active until the end of your existing billing period. For example, if you are on a yearly plan, you may continue to have access to your paid features until the end of that yearly term. We don't usually offer refunds for unused time after cancelling or downgrading.
