General

No, registration is only required to create a card and not required to sign a card.

All our cards are a fixed cost and include unlimited pages and signatures. You can see our pricing page to see our pricing and discounts on buying multiple cards.

You can add as many pages and signatures as you like. A new page is automatically added once you add a signature to the last page.

An unlimited number of people can sign your card. We support unlimited signatures and pages. Pages will be added automatically as the number of signatures grows.

The card will be available online indefinitely. You can also download the card as a PDF to keep a copy.

After paying for the card we generate a unique share URL which is not searchable but can be shared with people to access the card. There are billions of possible share URLs so it is unlikely anyone will guess it, but if you need to get it changed because it's been shared with the wrong people then get in touch with us and we'll be happy to change it for you.

Yes, you can upload your own card design using this link. You will be asked to upload your design after filling in the details for the recipient.

After paying for a group card you will be given a shareable link so that your friends/colleagues can sign. You can find this in your account page by clicking on the "sign and share" button next to the relevant card. This will take you to the share page URL which you can then share with anyone you would like to sign the card.

No, only you will be able to add messages to an individual card which is why they are cheaper than group cards. You can still add as many messages and pages as you like though.

Account

To change your password enter your email on the reset password page. You can use the same link if you've forgotten your password.

You can change your email by going to your account page and selecting the profile tab. You can then change your email address on that page.

You can logout of your account by going to your account profile page and clicking the logout button

Editing a Card

Signatures that overlap can be moved either by the person that created the signature or the card creator. To move a signature, find it on the card by changing to the correct page, then click on it and drag it to the correct place. Once you have moved the signature you can save the message to update it. You can also move the signature to a different page by changing pages while in edit mode.

If you or someone else has created a signature by mistake you can delete it by clicking on the signature on the card and then clicking the red bin icon in the corner. Anyone can delete their own signatures and card creators can delete all signatures (make sure you're logged in).

You can edit all of the card details including front cover, recipient and delivery date by opening up the share page of your card, then clicking the "edit card details" button. You'll need to be logged into your account to see this button.

You can insert a blank page by clicking the current page indicator below the card (e.g. Page 1 of 3) and then clicking the "Insert blank page" button. To remove a blank page click the "Remove blank page" button. Pages are automatically added to the end of the card as messages are added so this is only needed to edit the middle.

Unpaid cards won't be delivered, however if you want to clean up your account page you can delete a card by going to the cards section on your account page, clicking the 3 dots icon in the top right of the card, then selecting delete. You can also delete a paid card in the same way, however if you do the recipient will no longer have access. We recommend using the archive option instead (next to the delete button).

Payment

You can find your receipt/invoice by going to your account page, selecting the cards tab and then clicking the receipt icon next to the card you purchased.

Yes, you can buy card bundles from the pricing page. Bundles are useful if you send several cards a year or need cards for a team.

Group Cards Membership gives you two free cards per year, plus discounts on cards and bundles. You can add membership from the checkout page when creating a card.

Bulk Sending

Bulk sending lets you create and send multiple cards or gift cards at once. You can upload a list of recipients and choose when the cards should be sent.

Start a bulk order, download the CSV template, add your recipient details, then upload the completed file. You can review and edit the recipients before confirming the order.

Yes, you can send a batch of gift cards on their own, or attach one gift card to each card in a bulk card order. All recipients in the same bulk order receive the same gift card amount and currency.

Yes, but you will need to create a separate bulk order for each currency and top up the gift card balance for each currency.

Card bulk orders are paid for using purchased card bundles. Gift card bulk orders are free to create; you only need to top up the gift card balance used for the recipients.

Boards and Shout-outs

A Group Board is a shared page of messages, photos and memories. It works well when you want a collaborative tribute, celebration board or memory board rather than a traditional card layout.

Cards use a traditional greeting card format with pages. Boards display contributions in a shared scrolling layout, so they are better for larger collections of messages, photos and moments.

Yes, you can add a gift card collection pot while creating a board or from an existing board share page.

A shout-out is a simple shared appreciation page for one recipient. It is useful for quick thank-yous, recognition and team appreciation. It is currently only available on our business plans.

Reminders

You can create reminders from the reminders page for birthdays, anniversaries and other occasions. We will email you before the date so you have time to create a card.

Reminder emails are sent one week before the occasion date you save.

Yes, select the annual reminder option when creating the reminder. This is useful for birthdays, work anniversaries and other recurring occasions.

AI Face Swap

AI Face Swap cards let you personalise selected card covers by uploading a photo. Our AI blends the uploaded face into the card design before you continue to checkout.

Use a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo with the full face visible. Avoid sunglasses, heavy shadows, group photos and extreme angles for the best result.

We find that rerunning with the same image usually gives a similar result, but if you want to try a different image you can try creating a new card before checkout and upload a different photo there.

Delivery

If your card has not been delivered it may have gone to spam or been blocked by a firewall. You can either send the recipient the preview link directly (this is what they would have received in their delivery email) or you can reschedule the card to be resent by clicking the reschedule button on the share page. Before doing this, please confirm that you have spelled the email correctly from your account page.

Yes, you should have the option to resend the card at the top of the share page where you sign the card. This will give you the option to either reopen the card to collect more messages, resend the card to the same email, or resend it to a new email.

Printed Cards

If you're in the UK you can use our printing service by buying a print on your card's share page. You can also print the card yourself from either the share or view page by clicking the "save as PDF" button. This will save the card as a PDF which you can print yourself or take to a printing shop. We recommend using a modern browser such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.

If ordered by 9am your card will be printed and shipped on the same day. Shipping is via Royal Mail 1st class (or 2nd when selected) which aims to be delivered within 1-2 days, although this can sometimes take longer.

Yes, you can order the print at any time, but just be aware that any new messages added after generating the print preview will not be included in the print. You can choose to lock your card to new messages if you would like to keep the e-card identical to the print. The e-card delivery date is unrelated to the print date, so the card can be printed anytime before or after the e-card is delivered.

Yes, both the card creator and the recipient can order the print. If you prepay for the print then the recipient will receive details on how to order after they receive the e-card, otherwise the creator can order the print themselves any time. The recipient can also pay for a print themselves if it hasn't been prepaid.

The paper quality is 200gsm for the internal pages and the outer cover is thicker card, (similar to a regular greeting card).

Yes, you can still download the card as a PDF from the view and share page to get it printed yourself.

We send cards via Royal Mail 1st class (or 2nd when selected) and cards usually take a day to produce so it will usually take 2-3 working days to arrive. The cut off time for same day printing is usually 9am Mon-Fri otherwise it will be processed and shipped the next working day.

Yes, all photos, gifs and images are printed as you see them on the card. A still image of each gif will be taken for the print, which can be seen on the print preview document.

Yes, all our cards are printed in full colour.

We send an email to the recipient to ask for their delivery address after the e-card is delivered. This way you can collect signatures until the last minute and not have to worry about finding out the recipient's address and spoiling the surprise. You can also choose to order the print yourself.

We are charged a fixed price regardless of the card length - up to 30 pages so we can't offer any discounts for smaller cards. A large cost is in production and handling (addressing and putting all cards in an envelope) so there aren't really any savings for cards with fewer pages. As we do more printed cards we may be able to improve our processes and potentially be able to charge for different card sizes.

If you have ordered a print and it has not arrived within 5 working days after ordering please get in touch with us and we will look into it for you. We provide tracking to say when the card has been printed and shipped, but the tracking number we sometimes provide is not always updated by Royal Mail as it is not a tracked service.

If you can't move messages to fit within 30 pages then you will need to split the card into two separate prints and pay for it twice. You can do this by using the advanced page selection on the print preview page and, for example, order pages 1-30 in one print and then buy another print and order pages 31-45 in a second.

Gift Cards

On the card share page there is a button to add a gift card. Once you click that you will be able to pick a gift card and start contributing. You can also add a gift card while creating a card, board or collection pot. We currently support gift cards in the UK, US, Europe and Australia.

We currently support gift cards in the UK in GBP(£), the US in USD($), most countries using Euros(€) and Australia in AUD($A).

Yes, anyone who signs the card is also able to contribute to the gift card. Once the card is delivered we will sum up all the contributions and send the gift card to the recipient.

The contribution currency matches the selected gift card currency, e.g. everyone will be asked to pay in USD for a USD gift card. You can contribute to the card from any currency but your bank may charge you a currency conversion fee.

Gift card collection pots can be added at no extra cost. Contributors may choose to add an optional tip to help cover service management, payment processing and fraud prevention costs. Every penny of the gift card value goes to the recipient - no hidden fees and no deductions.

The creator can add a gift card collection pot to a card, board or standalone collection. Once added, everyone with the share link can contribute to the gift. After the card or collection is sent to the recipient they will be able to claim the gift card using the secure link we send.

Yes, you can create a standalone collection pot from the group gift collection page. This gives you a share link for collecting contributions without creating a card.

Yes, as long as the gift card hasn't already been claimed by the recipient. Just send us an email and let us know what you would like to pick instead.

Some gift cards have a max value which you can see when making a gift card selection, however we automatically generate multiple gift cards if you go over.

Yes, after creating a gift card you can click the settings icon to hide contributor names or hide everything including the value.

Yes, on your account page you can find your gift card balance/float. You can select the currency and top up your balance at any point. You will then be given the option of contributing with your balance when you try to contribute to a gift card.

Custom Cards

Click on the create a new card button, then select the custom design/upload card. After filling in the recipient details you will then get the option to upload an image on the next page. From here you can resize and save your design.

We recommend using an image that is 400px (width) x 500px (height), or any scaled up version of that in a 4:5 ratio. You can also upload any size image and crop it to fix the page.
